WASTE PRE-TREATMENT
To prevent extensive wear and tear on the equipment of a liquid waste treatment plant, it is necessary to contain materials such as rags, wood, floating materials, hair, gravel, sand and grease.
PRIMARY – SECONDARY PROCESSING
In order to remove part of the suspended solids and organic load from the liquid waste, but also to reduce the treatment requirements in the subsequent stages, a set of operations is required which are categorised as primary treatment.
TERTIARY TREATMENT
In cases where reuse of the treated water is required, either for irrigation or other uses, tertiary treatment is applied.
SLUDGE TREATMENT
VERDETECH IKE manufactures machinery for sludge thickening and dewatering such as thickening drums and screw presses for dewatering.
